Terms of Service
Welcome to DAPARA FACTORY. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered viral shopping shorts video generation assistance service ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
Important: This Service is a creative tool where AI assists users in video creation based on user-provided information. Active user participation (providing product information, reviewing and editing results) is essential, and users are responsible for the final content.
1. Definitions

| Content | Videos, scripts, hashtags, and other materials generated through AI assistance based on user input. Users have the right and responsibility to review and modify generated content. |
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2.2 Account Creation
Accounts are created through Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
2.3 Account Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Service Description
DAPARA FACTORY provides:

⚠️ Important Notes
- This service is a creative tool where AI assists video creation based on user-provided product information (product name, URL, description).
- Active user participation (providing product information, reviewing and editing results) is essential, and users are responsible for the final content.
- Google account data (YouTube, Gmail, Drive) is NOT used for video content generation.
4. Credit System
4.1 Credit Usage

4.2 Pre-deduction
Credits are deducted before generation attempt begins. Generation will not start if insufficient credits are available.
4.3 Credit Policy Changes
※ The number of credits consumed per video generation attempt may change immediately without prior notice based on external AI service policies, system operation status, or company policy.
4.4 Credit Validity
- Monthly Reset: Subscription credits reset each billing cycle
- No Rollover: Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next month
- Additional Credits (Future): Purchased credits valid for 1 month from purchase date, consumed in FEFO order (First Expired, First Out)
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1 Pricing
- The Company offers monthly subscription plans.
- Subscription fees and credit allocations may change according to company policy, with advance notice provided.
- Current pricing and credit information is available in Settings > Subscription Management or on the payment page.
5.2 Billing
- Payment methods: Credit card, Easy payment (KakaoPay, TossPay, NaverPay, etc.) via TossPayments
- Automatic monthly billing - subscription renews on the same date each month
- Failed payments: 3 retry attempts before suspension
5.3 Price Change Notice
If subscription fees change, we will notify you via email or in-app notification before your next billing date. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new pricing.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Credit Refunds (Automatic)

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

6.3 Subscription Refunds

6.4 Cooling-off Period
Under Korean E-commerce Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel within 7 days of payment. If service was used, the used portion will be deducted.
7. Content Policy
7.1 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content generated through the Service.
7.2 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before use. If inappropriate content is included, users must edit or discontinue use. Responsibility for the final use of AI-assisted content lies with the user.
7.3 Content Storage

7.4 Prohibited Content
You may not generate content that is:
- Illegal or infringing on third-party rights
- Violent, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
- Spam or fraudulent advertising
- Violating YouTube Community Guidelines
- Violating external AI service terms
Note: Credits used for prohibited content generation attempts are non-refundable.
8. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not share your account credentials
- Not misuse the Service
- Not violate applicable laws
- Review AI-assisted content before use
- Take responsibility for content you generate and publish
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of AI-assisted content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Suitability for any particular purpose
9.2 Liability Cap
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9.3 AI-Assisted Content
This service is a tool where AI assists video creation. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-assisted content. Users are responsible for reviewing content before use, and we are not liable for any issues arising from the final use of such content.
10. Legal Compliance (Korean E-commerce Law)

- Mediation: Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr)
- Jurisdiction: Courts of the Republic of Korea
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes:
- 7 days in advance for general changes
- 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provisions
- These Terms are effective from December 27, 2025.
- Policy Change Notice: Credit policies (deduction rates, validity periods, etc.) and subscription fees may change according to service operation status. Significant changes will be announced in advance.
